A family tradition in my home, is going and getting your photo taken with Santa. This year we where lucky and got Mrs.clause to. The kids took there list to Santa and they had long & pricey list's to.

Yesterday Sierra was eating a apple,she accidentally swallowed a seed. So she comes in the kitchen and starts gaging herself to get the seed, out i asked her what she was doing "i swallowed a apple seed mom and i am trying to get it out " so i told her, " oh no maybe you will have a apple tree growing in your tummy" she gave me this look of concern, then she said " i can only drink milk now, I can't have water any more. " I asked her why she can't have water, " because if i drink water, the tree will grow that's how trees and flowers grow is with water mom" she was starting to cry, so i told her i don't think a apple tree will start growing, you will poop it out. Then a look of relief came across her face, and off to the bathroom she went. that made me laugh.

10yrs and still counting

Well November 12 Thursday Joe and me celebrated our 10 yr. anniversary. How did we celebrate it you ask both of us were sick, (not to sick to go to dinner at Texas road house in Ogden). Time fly's so fast, one of these days i will stop and look back and wonder where did all this time go? so i am starting now to make sure i wright stuff down, that is why i started blogging. 10 years ago i married my sweet heart at the age of 19, at Sherwood hills resort in cache county. We had all our family and some Friends there. looking at some of the photo's man were we young. (everybody has changed so much, at the time ajha was only 2 or 3, now she is a young women.)

We spent our honeymoon camping at blacksmith fork in Logan, that only lasted one night it was way to cold. So we drove to lava hot springs, but they were closed. So we keep driving until we reached my grandma Myers in Jerome Idaho. So i guess we spent our honeymoon driving, we had fun, and that's all that matters. Over the years we have moved several times. Joe has started new jobs, started up auto body shops, but we still manage to make our way back to perry Utah.

Estrogen vs. Testrogen

Estrogen can detect fevers, after all, and soothe tired hearts. Estrogen makes homemade macaroni and cheese and tickles backs at bedtime. Estrogen softens the rough edges of 5 am days and uses words like “baby”, “sugar”, and “sweetpea” to address the children.
Estrogen sounds like a tweetie bird.
Testosterone sounds like a grizzly bear.
Estrogen = soft

To love and be loved in return are the greatest gifts

I just wanted to say to every one thank you for the birthday wishes.

I think every year we get wiser and more beautiful,some things i am grateful for.

1: my savior and all that he has given me

2: Joe he puts up with so much crap that i bring his way and yet he still loves me!

3: My kids, they know how to cheer me up. I do miss them when they are at school,and can't Wait for them to return home safely.

4: my health,their are so many people,just reading their stories of their health problems makes me even more grateful i am healthy and able to take care of my family.

5:watching the fall come in,i love this season.

6: knowing that if something were to happen to my family we are a eternal family.

7:wonderful music that is not only uplifting but fun to dance to with my kids.

There are so many things i am grateful for,

And the Lord was talking to me. He was whispering to me his love for me. He was proud of me and I felt my blessings restored to me. He is so real. He is there. He sees so much more than we do. He is the light and truth and anything that is good that I have, is of Him.And then, I felt beautiful. what beautiful words.

Ok now i have to brag doesn't this look so cute? I love it !

Apples Apples

I think i have an obsession with apples! Ever since i was little i don't have a memory that does not have apples in it. When we lived in Fielding there was a Apple tree next to the house,my brothers and i made a tree house in it, we would eat the apples. Mom would can apple pie filling, applesauce, and apple juice. When we were first married i wanted my kitchen to be decorated in apples. Now guess what i am doing tonight making apple juice and that's right apple pie (to put in the freezer). What can i say, This girl loves her apples!
